Außergewöhnliche Leistung
1.Die TPG-Greifer verwenden eine präzise, dauerhaft geschmierte Mehrzahnführung mit einem geraden Rillendesign.
Durch die langlebige Mehrzahnführung im Inneren können die Greifer schwere Lasten bewältigen.
Die Last wird auf mehr Oberflächen verteilt, wodurch die Kontaktbelastung verringert wird.
Die äußere Lippendichtung gewährleistet eine lang anhaltende und sichere Dichtung des Grippers.
Gewährleistet eine stabile Bewegungssteifigkeit und Genauigkeit über längere Zeiträume.
Die Ölspeicherfunktion des mehrzahnigen Leiters verlängert die Lebensdauer des Greifers.
TPG-Greifer sind mit einer Schutzstufe von IP67 ausgestattet.
2.TPG-Greifer verfügen über eine magnetische Schaltoberfläche und verschiedene pneumatische Anschlussoptionen.
3Der Schutzwert von TPG-Greifern beträgt IP67.
Hochtemperaturversion-HT
Die Hochtemperaturversion der TPG-Greifer (TPG-HT) erhöht den Temperaturverträglichkeitsbereich vom Basismodell von 5/90°C auf 5/130°C.
